At UK Bricks and Slips, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order. Hopefully it answers most questions, however feel free to contact us for further clarity.
Standard Delivery
Pallet Service – Delivery Timeframes 2 to 3 days on stocked items
Standard delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days, depending on stock availability and location.
Express delivery may be available upon request for an additional charge. Contact us before placing your order to ensure we can offer this service
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Methods – Normally Pallet Truck
We deliver orders typically using a tail lift offload with a pallet pump truck. This method ensures safe and secure delivery of your bricks and slips to your specified location.
Delivery Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, please note the following:
The delivery surface must be level and hard (e.g., concrete, tarmac, or block paving).
The pallet pump truck cannot operate on:
- Grass
- Gravel
- Loose stones
- Slopes or uneven surfaces
Customers must inform us of any access concerns at the time of order and contact UK Bricks and Slips before making payment for further guidance.
Crane Offload (Available on Request),
If a tail lift and pallet pump truck delivery is not suitable for your site, we can offer a crane offload service. This service is available on request, and pricing will be determined on a job-by-job basis. Please contact us before ordering if you require this service.
Please note orders over 4 packs may be made by Crane off load – 8 Wheeler Rigid Vehicle, there is no surcharge for this.
Delivery Areas
Deliveries are to UK mainland only. Excludes all Islands
Some remote areas may incur additional charges—please contact us before ordering if unsure.
Receiving Your Delivery
Someone must be present to accept and inspect the delivery.
Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
Failed deliveries due to unsuitable surfaces or inaccessible locations will result in additional charges.
